Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem received Qatars Acting Minister of Business and Trade Khalid Bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah in Hanoi on March 15. The Deputy PM expressed his pleasure at the recent fine developments in bilateral ties, especially after Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dungs visit to Qatar in March 2009.
He said he hopes that Vietnam and Qatar will speed up the progress of their joint cooperation projects, including a showroom of Vietnamese goods in Qatar, agricultural projects and an investment fund.
The Qatar official exchanged with Deputy PM Khiem measures to boost the implementation of projects and expressed his wish to cooperate closer with Vietnam in such areas as real estate and charitable work.
