Vietnam realty firm continues lot sales in Phan Thiet

Rang Dong Group says it will launch the second sales program for the tourism property project called Royal Hill, which is part of the Sea Links City project in the coastal resort town of Phan Thiet in the south-central province of Binh Thuan. The developer says 60 land lots for villas from 240 to 500 square meters each will be offered this weekend with prices starting from VND8.8 million per square meter or VND2.1 billion per villa.

To hasten sales, the developer will offer a discount from VND30 million to VND50 million for those who buy a property in the project.

The company says flexible payment terms of 24 months would be used to lure customers and to sell all 60 lots in the phase within two months.

Royal Hill, seen as the last work of investment in the Sea Links City project, will cover 14 hectares of downhill terrain toward the ocean, offering a sea-view for all 172 villas in the project.

Sea Links City is developed on a 170-hectare site with 300 villas, an 18-hole golf course, a five-star hotel with 200 rooms and a luxury condominium building called Ocean Vista with six blocks and 557 apartments from 80 to 250 square meters each. Ocean Vista is scheduled to open by September of 2011.
