VinaLiving signed a deal with Southern Cross Development Co., owned by golfer Greg Norman, to develop the Norman Estates villa zone project in Danang Beach Resort on Wednesday. Located next to The Dunes golf course, the US$40 million, two-phase project will include 40 villas with ocean views.
David Henry, VinaCapital Real Estate Co.s managing director, said it would be the only Norman Estates residential project in Southeast Asia.
VinaLiving has plans to introduce model villas and launch sales in the last quarter of this year. The villas will cost about US$120,000 each.
Danang Beach Resort covers 260 hectares with total capital of US$500 million. The resort also includes Ocean and Cham villa zones.
