Housing Development Joint Stock Co starts construction on 18-storey apartment building

Ba Ria-Vung Tau Housing Development Joint Stock Co (STC-listed HDC) officially started construction on 18-storey apartment building in plot A No 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia St, Ward 3, Vung Tau City on March 17, 2010.

The construction site is located in a land of 2,762 square metres, with construction area of 2,060 square metres. The project includes 256 apartments with total flooring area of 35,626 square metres.

The total investment capital was estimated at 211 billion dong
At present, Co.op Mark has already signed leasing contract of 6,000 square metres for opening a super market when the construction is finished.

The foundation part of the project is expected to be finished in late 2010.
