Shareholders of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Co (coded VIT) approved for issuing additional 5.4 million shares in order to increase chartered capital to 99 billion dong. The newly issued shares would be listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). The company also announced its plan to earn profit of 20 billion dong in 2010, and expected dividend rate of no less than 15 percent of new chartered capital.
In 2010, the company planned to raise the designed capacity of production line No 1 of Tien Son plant, and to purchase Long Hau Granite Brick Factory in Tien Hai Dist, Thai Binh province.
Last year, the company reported to gain total revenue of 410 billion dong, pre-tax profit of 19.5 billion dong, equal to 122 percent of the year plan. The company paid dividend at 20 percent over chartered capital. The companys employees receive average monthly salary of 3.7 million dong.
